What Our Customers Say

“Mark from JF plumbing came out to help us locate a leak from our bathroom yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and without a doubt a safe pair of hands. He managed to remove the bath panel without any damage even though it was stuck fast. He successfully located and fixed the leak. He also made some other repairs for us and was quite the perfectionist. He left everything clean and tidy. I would without a doubt use Mark again and would highly recommend him and JF plumbing.”

“Can't recommend JF Plumbing and Heating highly enough. John responded to my initial boiler issue quickly, sending Ross to sort it the same day. Following on from this I opted to replace the boiler due to its age. Just a week later Mark did a great job getting my new boiler in and working. The guys really went above and beyond, are all super professional and friendly and the house was left spotless.”

“Highly recommend them. Incredibly tidy and satisfied with the prompt service for replacing our old boiler for my parents house. They saw this as an emergency situation and got our heating system sorted out ASAP. The workers are polite, and tidied up after their work was done each day.”

Shower doors realigned and seal renewed, pop up waste replaced in basin and bath, new toilet flush and shower fitment replaced. All work carried out by helpful and courteous staff and everything left tidy. Competitive prices. Highly recommend John and his staff.”

“Fantastic service. Had a terrible leak and John sent Mark out to investigate and try to fix. A very complex 2 day job was no problem for these guys and the determination to succeed and do a good job was fantastic to see. Left the place spotless too. Perfect experience. Highly recommended.”

“My boiler fully broke down on a bank holiday weekend, not so long ago, after having it over 12 years. No hot water and cold showers for a family of 4 is not good. Jf heating came out within 24 hours, booked me in forward a good and fair price, their lads came out and did a fantastic job, arrived bang on time, were friendly, tidy and extremely neat at their work. Being in the industry myself, I see alot of good and bad, that's why I'm posting this review. I would highly recommended jf heating and plumbing as I was very impressed with their standard of work and customer respect.”

“Rang yesterday and John arranged for Boiler service today. Engineer arrived at 8.30 and job done in an hour. Excellent service as always.”

“Excellent service. I had a service for my boiler and 2 gas fires which were carried out by Shaun and a replacement outside pipe completed by Lee. Both were a credit to this company and were thoroughly pleasant throughout their visit to my house. Everything was cleaned and no mess left behind The total bill was much less than I anticipated and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“Cannot recommend JF Heating and Plumbing highly enough. John's response to our initial enquiry was so quick and thorough. He popped round twice to take a look at our bathroom to make sure all measurements were correct. Lee the tiler and fitter was excellent. Very punctual, tidy and with great attention to detail. He clearly took pride in his work.”

“Not knowing anything about boilers I asked JF Plumbing to choose a suitable replacement our ageing Vaillant boiler. Previously our old system was either on or off whereas we now have a thermostatic controlled unit which was a bit of a learning curve. I think we have got the settings right and the new boiler quietly purrs away in the background. Happy with JF's selection and service.”

“Good quality service, fast and reliable. Highly recommended for a first class job.”

“After having a nightmare with other plumbers, I was hesitant to trust anyone to fix my boiler. A friend recommended JF Heating Engineers and I haven't looked back since.”

“After months of central heater problems, JF Heating Engineers sorted my faulty heater out on the same day and I haven't had a single heating problem since!”

“Thank you so much for the excellent service we have had from all your staff.”

“Installed my boiler without a hitch! Amazing service with fair prices.”
